Job Description

Responsibilities:
Creating a positive Brand Image /awareness of NowFloats in the minds of new prospective clients (SMEs).
Contact customers by phone to offer or persuade them to purchase the services.
Explain advantages and features of service being sold to stimulate customers interest.
Answer customer's questions pertaining to service being offered.
Advises customer on variables and options to assist customer in making decision.
Explain products or services and prices.
Computes estimate or final cost of sale and presents information to customer.
Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives.
Coordinating with Sales executive and the client till the deal is closed.
Meeting daily/ weekly/ monthly targets.
Maintaining Follow Ups data.
Working on Follow up data.
Maintaining MIS and data for future course of action.
Giving Feedback to Team Lead on prospects or Follow up clients

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Skills:

Basic knowledge of methods involved in promoting, and selling products or services.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
English and Regional Language.
Judging Human Behaviour and accordingly moulding the sales pitch.
Interview/interaction with customer to ascertain and evaluate needs and wishes of customer.
Listening to what customer is saying andasking questions as appropriate
the ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a customer.
Sales strategies and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques
Outbound calling or sales experience would be an added advantage.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND:

Under Graduation from any stream.
Post-Graduation: Optional.
Experience Minimum 2 years. (1 yr exceptional)

COMPENSATION:

Very handsome incentives are given on achieving the targets.
Depending upon the experience, monthly salary is decided as per company policy.
